Dexter R-XI School District Depository Contract

In accordance with Section 165.211, RSMo., the Board of Education of Dexter R-XI Schools of Stoddard County, Dexter, Missouri, hereinafter referred to as the District, will accept sealed bids for the District’s bank depository services until 10:00 am CST, Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the District’s Central Administration Office, 1031 Brown Pilot Lane, Dexter, Missouri 63841. Interested parties may receive bid packets that detail bidding requirements at the District’s Central Administration Office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Bids are to be prepared at no cost to the District and will remain the District’s property. Bids must be delivered sealed and clearly marked “Bank Depository Services Bid” in the lower lefthand corner on the outside of the envelope.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept the bid considered most advantageous to the District, and to waive any irregularities. Bidders are required to respond to all items identified in the document entitled “Bid Notice and Specifications.”

All bidders are also required to agree to the terms identified in the document entitled “Depository Contract and Pledge Agreement.” If the terms contained in this provided document are not corporately adequate on the part of the bidder, the bidder must submit alternative agreement language as part of the sealed bid. The acceptability of such proposed alternative language will become an additional selection criterion.
