Central Elementary- Monday, August 23rd from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. will be Meet the Teacher night! Central students and parents are encouraged to drop-in during that time to meet their new teacher and drop off school supplies.
MS Athletic Update
Fall Sports practices will begin the week of August 16th. In order to begin practicing, all athletes must have a physical on file in the office.
MS Football practice will take place from 7-9am at the field.
MS Cross Country practice will be from 7-8am at Hidden Trails Country Club.
MS Football cheer will be from 9-10:30am in the MS gym.
MS Girls Basketball will begin practicing after school on Wednesday, September 1.

District Baseball Update
The Class 4 District 1 Baseball championship between Dexter/Kennett is cancelled for today. The game will be played in Dexter and is rescheduled for tomorrow at 5:00.
DHS Seniors - you will need to return all items today: books, chromebooks and chromebook chargers to the library. All fines and fees should be paid. These things must be done in order to get your diploma tomorrow night.

Free Physical Day will be held at the SE Health Hospital Clinic(N. One Mile Road) tomorrow, May 13th, from 3:30-5:00 pm for any incoming 7-12 student athlete. Physical forms are on hand in the HS and MS office.
Students must have page 2 and page 3 fully completed, along with a signature from their parent/guardian before meeting with the healthcare provider. We encourage all student athletes to get a physical.

The Individual Tennis District Tournament will be played tomorrow at Notre Dame. The match is scheduled to start at 1:00 pm.

Southeast Health will once again be providing free physicals for all Dexter athletes entering grades 7-12. This will take place at the hospital from 3:30-5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13th. We recommend that all athletes take advantage of this service even if you have had a physical in the last year.

Central Elementary- Dexter Public Schools has decided to transition to masks being optional for students and staff beginning Thursday, April 22nd.
