Boys/Girls Basketball Update Tomorrow night our boys basketball team travels to Sikeston. All Sikeston events will have a maximum of 50% capacity at all SPS locations. Tickets are ONLY available online through our ticketing partners at hometownticketing.com. The SCAA Championship will take place tomorrow. Dexter JV will take on Bernie at 5:30 and Dexter varsity will square off against Advance at 6:45. Go Bearcats!!

Wrestling Update The wrestling match scheduled for today has been cancelled due to the beautiful snow.

Athletic Update Our Wrestling team has added a quad match this Wednesday at Notre Dame. Wrestling will begin at 5. Teams participating include Notre Dame, Festus and Cape Central. ND is currently allowing 400 fans to sporting events in the gym and not issuing tickets for this event. Masks are required for fans. The match will also stream on the NFHS network. Our boys basketball teams will begin play in the SCAA Tournament tonight. The V will take on Bloomfield at 4:00 and the JV will face Bell City at 5:30. SCAA tickets are required to attend the SCAA Tournament this week. Go Bearcats!

Boys Basketball Update On Friday, January 22, our JV/V boys basketball teams will play at New Madrid County Central beginning at 6 pm. Due to the current situation with Covid-19 it has become important that we limit the capacity at events. Anyone attending an event will be required to obtain a ticket prior to the event starting. All tickets will need to be purchased online through the website: www.nmceaglenation.com/tickets No money will be accepted at the gate for tickets and must be pre-purchased prior to the start of the game.

Class 4 District 1 Basketball Update Kennett High School will host the Class 4 District 1 girls basketball tournament final on Thursday, March 4th, at 7:00 pm. Dexter High School will host the Class 4 District 1 boys basketball tournament final on Friday, March 5th, at 7:00 pm. The first round of the tournament will begin on Saturday, February 27. The team who is the higher seed will host the first round and semifinal round. Seeds will be determined on February 16.

Our Boys Basketball team will be at home this evening as we take on the Puxico Indians. The JV game will begin at 6:00. After the JV game, we will recognize our Cheer, Dance, and Boys Basketball Seniors. Go Bearcats!

Boys and Girls Basketball Updates Boys Basketball @ Bernie tonight @ 6:00 The Varsity game will be streamed on YHC and the JV/V game will be on the "Bernie Mules Sports" YouTube Channel. Bernie is asking that everyone wear a mask when entering the gym. When spectators are not seated or up moving around, mask should be worn. Girls Basketball Update Our JV/V Girls play in the Jackson Indians Showcase tomorrow, January 16. JV vs. Woodland @ 9:00 am V vs. Woodland @ 10:30 am Face coverings are required to enter any building in the Jackson R-2 School District for adults and students over the age of 10. Face coverings must be worn at all times while on the property.

Boys Basketball Update The basketball game against Bloomfield scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, will now be played on Thursday, January 14. The JV game will begin at 5:00.

Winter Sports Senior Night Update We will honor our cheer, dance, and boys basketball seniors after the JV contest of the Puxico game on January 19, 2021.

Boys Basketball Update This Friday, January 8, our boys basketball team will play at Cape Central. The freshmen will play at 4:30. The JV/V games will follow. General admission tickets for home spectators and visitors will begin ONE day prior to the event at 6:00 am. There will be no tickets sold at the gate. All spectators will be expected to wear masks at all times while on Cape Central campus. Our boys basketball team will begin play in the Bloomfield Christmas Tournament this Saturday as we take on Bloomfield at 9:00am. All tickets have been distributed through the players and coaches. We have been asked to remind parents/spectators to leave the gym after each session comes to an end. This will help the Bloomfield staff get ready for the next session and for the games to start on time. Additionally, we have been informed that there will be a limited amount of VIP passes at each session on day one. These passes will be valid for each session of the tournament. All spectators will be required to have a ticket to enter the tournament. There will be no tickets sold at the gate.
